Quick start

  1. 1Open EyeCare and tap Start Focus to begin the 20-20-20 cycle.
  2. 2Allow notifications if you want timely break reminders.
  3. 3Open Settings to adjust focus duration, rest duration, auto-start, and sound.
  4. 4If you use Apple Watch, install the companion app and keep both devices nearby for sync.
